K.V.Mangukiya Rules
Every student should carry diary to the school everyday.
Students who commute by their own should reach the school five minutes before the bell rings that is 7.10 a.m.
Students are required to go to the assembly hall / ground as soon as the bell rings.
Students should always be neatly dressed with their shoes polished and hair
groomed properly. They should come to the school in the prescribed uniform daily and on all school functions.
Students who are improperly or shabbily dressed will not be allowed in the class room.
Non Sikh boys should get their hair cut at regular intervals.
Students are advised to make use of the dust-bins provided, for throwing bits of paper etc. They are expected to keep the campus neat and clean.
Students are only allowed to visit the Swimming pool area along with the instructor or mentor.
Students must take care of the school properly. Damaging school furniture, writing on the walls or disfiguring the school property will be dealt with strictly. Any damage to school property should be reported to the class teacher or the principal.
For all damages to the school property, the student will have to pay actual cost of the article damaged along with 50% penalty in addition to other action depending upon the gravity of the matter.
Students are advised not to bring valuable articles to the school. Any loss of article
or money should be reported to the class or the subject teacher immediately. The school shall not be responsible for these losses.
Students are forbidden to practice any borrowing or lending or to celebrate their birthday in the campus.
Parents or guardians are not permitted to visit the class room or meet their ward or take away their wards during school hours without the written permission of the Principal.
A school is judged by the conduct of its students hence the students are always expected to set standards of good conduct politeness in the school, in the bus and at public places. They should always behave in a courteous manner and prove themselves as worthy ambassadors of the institution as well of their country.
Students should take care of their belongings. All personal items including blazers, water bottles etc. should have their names.
No shouting, whistling, running will be permitted in the classrooms or in the school premises. Silence must be observed outside the Principal’s office, staff room, in the common room, laboratories and the libraries.
Unwanted books like novels, periodicals and digests and articles like watches, transistors and walkman etc should not be brought to school.
During the absence of a class teacher, the class monitor will assume full responsibility of maintaining discipline in the class till the teacher arrives.
Students should reach their stipulated bus stop 5 minutes early and wait for the bus. The bus will not wait under any circumstances, for the student arriving late at the concerned stop, as it will cause a lot of inconvenience in maintaining punctuality.
